Moa HotelsRole: Brand Development, Copy, Claiming
Design: Sonnenstaub

With Airbnb, homestays, and personalized travel on the rise, hotels have had to rethink their one-size-fits-all strategies. What people want are experiences and a home away from home.

Brief: Rethink conference hotel MOA’s design concept from the ground up, from think pad and key card to in-house signage. The new CI should differentiate between different locations, as well as services within the hotel: eat, sleep, meet, work.

Approach: Building on MOA’s MICE expertise, we developed a CI that balanced professionalism and personality, aiming to make every stay an experience to remember for all the right reasons – whether it’s a conference, co-working, or classic city escape.

Design: We gave each of the hotel’s services (Meet, Stay, Eat, and Work) a signature color within the context of MOA’s new proprietary blue, which conveys a sense of professionalism and inner calm. This blue is also present in the index card-inspired frame that anchors text and visuals in the new CI.

Visuals: Warm-toned photography captures everyday moments, giving MOA’s entire communication a decidedly human touch. Quirky snippets on the hotel’s materials further enhance this approach, making information feel personal and engaging.

Because MOA is more than just a hotel, MOA is "Meet. Stay. Love."
