PerfeggtRole: Strategy, Tone of Voice

Despite the boom of plant-based products hitting the shelves in 2022, one category remained uncracked: eggs. Perfeggt is here to scramble things up – developing scrumptious egg alternatives that mimic the texture, taste, and nutritional value of the original to a T.

Brief: Create a CPG brand for a somewhat technical product in a relatively new product category. It should appeal to diverse target groups: from Gen V to young families and best agers.

Approach: Technology aside, we wanted to put the egg in eggcitement – highlighting the fun of cooking (and eating) with bold colors and an energetic tone of voice. All this to resonate with and inspire a new generation of better eaters.


Design:
A distinctive logo font combines with sleek typography to give the high-tech product a friendly, human face. This too is reflected in the colorful imagery and ubiquitous yellow. 

Our palette of primary colors and cheery shades of yellow harks back to childhood building blocks, giving the scientific formulations a more playful and human face.
Icons and illustrations enable a playful approach to scientific content.
